Parent Expectations
Illinois Magic FC expects all parents or legal guardian of players to follow the club code of conduct and guidelines. As a parent of a Illinois Magic FC player, you agree to:

Respect the game, coaches, players, officials, and other parents at all times.

Make sure that my son or daughter comply with all player expectations.

Honor all financial commitments to Illinois Magic FC in the agreed upon time and manner. Failure to do so may result in player suspension.

Commit your child to Illinois Magic FC for the entire registered year, which includes fall, winter, and spring.

Agree that your child only plays for Illinois Magic FC and not for any other professional or competitive organizations. If needed additional training, please contact the Illinois Magic FC coaches.

I will not use alcohol, tobacco products, or illegal drugs of any kind during Club events.

I will respect all decisions regarding player placement made by the Club's coaches and staff members.

Always use the 24/48 hours before contacting your coach about any issues or situations. Always contact your coach first.

Illinois Magic FC reserves the right to move players from roster at any time of the year.

If you cannot make a training, game, or event, make sure you contact you coach and team administrator ahead of time.

No coaching from the sidelines.

Understand that Illinois Magic FC is a premier competitive club environment. Playing time, positions, lineups, and teams are based on ability and performance.

Make sure your child is on time to and from all practices, games, and events.

Allow coaches to have uninterrupted time with the players during practices, games, and all events. If you have questions or concerns, set up a meeting with your coach.

No inappropriate language, gestures, or curse words during all club events.

Allow the use of your child's name and/or photo on the Illinois Magic FC website or other news articles released by the Club.
